The best decision that I ever made was to have John Mazzara help me buy my new home and sell my old one. It was a daunting undertaking for people like my husband and I who had never done this type of thing before. However with John at the helm, the experience was wonderful! John's extensive knowledge and integrity really shined as he always prepared us each step of the way. And when necessary- a simple call or text to John eliminated every worry about any obstacle that appeared. He always had more than one solution for any issue including everything from contractors to help fix things to how we could properly financially go forward smoothly and in the best way for us. John, he isn't great - he is something more superlative; he is a unicorn; someone that is one out of 10,000 - the perfect idea of a Real Estate Agent. I am a recent transplant from Fort Collins, CO; I have zero knowledge about the Twin Cities, much less connections here. I received John Mazzara as a recommendation from a co-woker who just closed on the house John helped him find. Based on my parents' experience, and pessimistic nature, I reached out to John with the expectation to find someone looking out for the best deal for himself. I could not have been more wrong. Within a few weeks, John had an idea of the house my wife and I would be happy in and truly needed. His advice and experience were spot on every time. As someone with no knowledge of the greater Twin Cities, John's 20+ years of Real Estate experience was invaluable to me. He watches and understands market trends, neighborhood values, and how to make sure you, the purchaser, are able to get the most for your money. He told us, to our faces, that he would not recommend putting offers in on houses that would have made him more money, simply because they were not right for us and our needs. John was able to help us close on a lovely house, in our price range, in one of our neighborhoods of choice within three months; this was less than half the time I expected it to take. I moved to Minnesota 7 months ago to be with family. My decision to move meant that I would have to sell my house. This decision was made in February and by October I was here.
