I'm not sure where to begin giving cudos to this realtor, John Mazzara. I had a unique situation in that my home needed quite a lot of work to get it ready for sale, all of which had to happen during my last year of leasing out the property. John went to the property and meticulously took pictures and made recommendations about preparing the home for sale. Even as a former mortgage lender, I've never met a real estate professional who takes as much pride in doing the right thing. John never once pressured me about the how, or when, or how much to list for. He kept coming back to "what's in the best interest of Eric?" Upon completing the renovations, John and I repeatedly strategized together about the best way of getting to the finish line: selling the home for the best price when I was ready. This man's knowledge and professionalism are a game changer. Use John Mazzara and then enjoy your success!!!

John M Mazzara worked diligently to sell a condominium for my son and daughter in law. John referred them to painters and utilized his wealth of knowledge to assist them with every aspect of this difficult process. We are very grateful for everything he has done for our family.

I'm a first-time homebuyer, and working with John was great - he was very friendly, he made the whole overwhelming process feel manageable, and he obviously knows his stuff! He found a place that wasn't within our search parameters but was still perfect for us and brought it to our attention, and helped us put in an offer that was accepted. I can't recommend him enough!
